Here at Professional Fitness we incorporate American College of Sport Medicine Standards through practical one-on-one application. Your first session begins with an initial evaluation in the areas of:

  • Health History
  • Cardiovascular Training
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Strength Training
  • Biomechanical Alignment
  • Nutritional Information
  • Personal Health Ambitions and Goals

After all information is compiled and evaluated, the exercise prescription, your actual fitness regimen designed around clinically measurable goals sensitive to your needs, is presented.

The typical individual training session is half hour in length, but one hour sessions and team training sessions are available. Trainers are available to work with your personal schedule.
