Get your student started off right with the Professionals. If your student needs some guidance in the areas of general health or just needs some athletic skill development, we have got the program for you. All classes are organized according to the students age and areas of interests. Give your student the lesson of living and leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Fundamentals 101 is designed to focus on improving all around motor function and gross motor control. Students in this class will concentrate on teaching their muscle groups how to work during different levels of exercise and activities. The activities start with general strength training, such as pushups, sit-ups, jumping jacks and more. Advancement of this class leads to agility ladder drills, cone drills and foot movements for running and jumping.

Intermediates 202 combines the entire body’s gross motor functions learned in our Fundamentals 101 class, while increasing the goal of gross motor focus by applying the newly learn skills in more changeling context. Students will partake in functional movement strength training activities like balancing pushups, multi-plane sit-ups and directional body squats. Balance with coordination is the primary goal of Intermediates 202. Dominate skills such as foot/eye coordination, foot/hand coordination, and hand/eye coordination are the end result of this class.

Competition 303 helps increase confidence by putting your students skills to practice. The activities of this class involve more advanced techniques in jumping, ladder movement drills and cone agility drills, all while keeping a special emphesis on general strength training principals. Jumps become more explosive and powerful, such as the quick jumps and split box jumps. By bending the skills of the agility movements with strength and power, this class adds the final touches by pushing the student to their needed levels.

Advanced 404 is designed for the competing athlete either in middle school or high school. The students in this class are usually involved heavily in a competitive sport, but may not be the best at their respective position. This class focuses on balance, agility and power movements. Balance activities involve similar movements from 303, but closing the eyes is added, which makes the “athlete” focus more on balance. Agility drills are also more advanced in this class, including quicker movements and more explosive moves in the jumps and running activities. Power movements in strength training focus the athlete on development for exercises such as the power clean, squat, bench press and push press.

Elites 505 activities are for the more advanced athletes who are competing at the higher levels of school or club sports. This class involves a two-day split; one day involving agility and balance, and the second day involving strength training and cardio. The main focus of this class is to fine tune minor issues in the competing athlete. Teaching agility and power movements are a major component. Olympic style lifts, such as power cleans, power snatches, squats and bench press are a main teaching point. Also, explosive jumps, hops and pushes are detailed. This includes 360 degree jumps, box runs, depth jumps, ballistic pushups and pull-ups, and tire flips.
