General Policies

Hours of Operation:

Monday—Friday 5:00am—8:00pm
Saturday 6:00am—5:00pm
Hours may vary by location. Please visit your location for more information.

Holiday Schedule:

Any change in Professional Fitness hours of operation, due to holidays, will be posted at the start of each month.

Facility Access:

Upon arrival, all members must sign in at the front desk.
Guest passes are available for $15.00 per person per day. Guests must be accompanied by an active member at all times. Not all locations offer guest/day passes. Please visit your location for more information.

Privacy Policy:

Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more information.

Medical Examination:

All members of Professional Fitness are strongly recommended to have a complete physical prior to starting an exercise regiment.

Personal Training:

Personal training is offered at an additional cost.

Information concerning personal training can be found at the front desk or by consulting the personal training staff.

The personal training area is for clients and their trainers, and is by appointment only.

At no time may members, or guests of a member, solicit personal at home training on Professional Fitness premises.

Dress Code:

Proper athletic shoes and shirts must be worn while utilizing the gym area. Shoes must be worn at all times outside of the locker room. No sandals please.

Locker Room:

Professional Fitness provides all members with daily use of full length lockers.

Items left in daily use lockers overnight will be removed.

We recommend keeping your keys with you at all times.

Professional Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Camera phones may not be used in the locker rooms.

Towel Service:

Towel service is provided to all Professional Fitness members at no charge.

When you are finished using a towel, please return it to the used towel receptacle found in the entry of the locker room.

Please do not remove towels from the locker room.

Exercise Etiquette:

Please return all dumbbells, plates, benches, exercise balls and bands, newspapers and magazines to their original location when finished.

Please wipe any perspiration from equipment when finished.

If you have any questions regarding equipment usage, please consult the front desk.
